Synopsis:
The IRA takes an innocent British soldier hostage in a bawdy Irish bar - he is to be shot if the British go through with the execution of an IRA youth. What follows, though, is a truly comic approach to both life and art; this is a circus of flamboyant colors and theater styles.

The Hostage, by Brendan Behan, is directed by Mark A. Rhea.
