Synopsis:
Pulitzer Prize winner, Suzan-Lori Parks' The American Play is a powerful and provocative piece of theatre which echoes the works of Samuel Beckett. The play focuses on race, history, and aspiration, as well as their role in shaping a contemporary American identity.
