Synopsis:
This Pulitzer Prize-winning play helped solidify Albee's place as one of America's most distinguished writers. Casual conversation barely conceals razor-sharp wit and biting sarcasm as Albee deftly blends comedy and drama in the story of Agnes and Tobias. The uneasy peace of their calculated suburban marriage is upended when Agnes's acerbic, alcoholic sister, their bitter divorced daughter and two terrorized neighbors descend, all wanting to move in.
