The Lion King

Not Just for Kids

The Theater Maniac shows off his lion costume

The Lion King was very exciting to see. The costumes were terribly creative (but not so you couldn't tell what kind of animal the person/people was/were playing). The music is almost the exact same as it was in the movie except for some African music which you didn't really find in the movie. The show isn't just for kids like many people believe (in fact there were a lot more adults in the audience when I went than there were kids). It is very enthusiastic and, like I said, the costumes are unbelievable (in a good way). I am not really one for the plot and music, but that did not make my experience a bad one. There are many good things in the show (for example: costumes, exciting scenery, and much more) that makes the plot and idea of the show much less important.
