(© Tristan Fuge) | Lucy DeVito will star in the title role of the Intiman Theatre's production of The Diary of Anne Frank, March 21-May 17. This production will be directed by Sari Ketter.
Forced into hiding during the Holocaust, the German-Jewish teenager Anne Frank, her family and four others spent 25 months during World War II living secretly in an annex of rooms above her father's office in Amsterdam. Anne's diary, saved by one of the family's helpers, Miep Gies, was first published in 1947.
The cast will also include Matthew Boston, Alban Dennis, Lindsay Evans, Jim Gall, Carol Roscoe, Shellie Shulkin, Amy Thone, Connor Toms, and Michael Winters. The creative team will include Marcus Dilliard (lighting design), Frances Kenny (costume design), Nayna Ramey (set design), and Chris Walker (sound design).
