The Public Theatre's world premiere of Richard Nelson's Conversations in Tusculum will run February 19-March 23. The production, to be directed by Nelson, will open officially on March 11.

In addition to previously announced stars Brian Dennehy, David Strathairn, and Maria Tucci, the cast will include Joe Grifasi and Gloria Reuben. A sixth cast member will be named at a later date.

The play chronicles those people entangled in Julius Caesar's world of manipulation and power. Nelson's other work includes Some Americans Abroad, Two Shakespearean Actors, Frank's Home, and Rodney's Wife.
