Spring Awakening, Coram Boy Win "Fan Favorite" Awards

The Broadway shows Coram Boy and Spring Awakening were named the first-ever Broadway "Fan Favorite" Play and Musical, as voted on by the public in a special online poll at today's Stars in the Alley event in Shubert Alley. Max Crumm and Laura Osnes, who will play Danny and Sandy in the upcoming Broadway revival of Grease, were on hand to present the award.

The event featured appearances from the stars of over two dozen current Broadway shows, including Ashley Parker Angel, Tamyra Gray, Joey Lawrence, Jerry Mathers, Vanessa Redgrave, and Kevin Spacey. In addition, the The Actors' Fund of America received the annual Star Award.
