Jam & Spice -- conceived by Tazewell Thompson and Dianne Adams McDowell -- is a world premiere song and dance celebration of the glorious music of Kurt Weill, the son of a German Jewish cantor, who became America's most eclectic composer for the musical theater. "Mack The Knife," "My Ship," "September Song," "Speak Low," "It Never Was You," "Lost in the Stars," "Pirate Jenny" -- the list of Weill's songs goes on! Rediscover this musical genius whose great body of work, filled with tremendous heart, is still startlingly alive today.

The cast includes Carey Brown, Jason Ma, Mary Testa, Christianne Tisdale, JD Webster and Kurt Zischke.
