Vicki Lawrence made her mark as part of the sterling comedy ensemble of CBS-TV's The Carol Burnett Show. There, she created the sassy, opinionated "Mama" and years later the character enjoyed a six-year television run of her own with Mama's Family. Lawrence continually works on both stage and television, and fans also remember her 1973 gold record "The Night the Lights Went Out in Georgia." In the first half of Vicki Lawrence and Mama: A Two-Woman Show, Lawrence takes the stage with a mix of stand-up comedy, music, and observations about life. Mama enters in the second half - and that means anything can happen.
