WHAT IS IT ABOUT?
A romantic fable set in glamorous Hollywood, Singin' In The Rain features original choreography by Gene Kelly and Stanley Donen, with a screenplay and adaptation by Betty Comden and Adolph Green. Songs for the musical were written by Nacio Herb Brown and Arthur Freed. Based on the classic MGM film, this sunny musical delights audiences of all ages, thrusting the spotlight on Hollywood in its heyday - dashing leading men, glamorous starlets and plenty of romance on and off the screen. The score includes such unforgettable songs as "Good Morning," "Make 'Em Laugh," and "Singin' in the Rain." And yes, there is rain!
