WHAT IS IT ABOUT?
With music by Noel Gay and books and lyrics by L. Arthur Rose and Douglas Farber, Me and My Girl tells the sweet story of a happy-go-lucky Cockney man who learns he's the only heir to an earl's fortune and title. Unfortunately, he has to prove to the snooty aristrocratic executors that he can become a proper gentleman...but he has to give up his girl! Scott Schwartz directs.
