Powerhouse vocalist Linda Eder brings a new holiday show to The Cabaret Theatre at Mohegan Sun. Her new show incorporates cherished holiday music into a program that also features great standards and her own long-time favorites such as "Vienna."

Eder's career broke through with a 13-week stretch of victories on Star Search, the 1980s' answer to American Idol. She graduated to recordings, live theater, and concert dates, all of which have proven her enormous musical gifts to her audiences. Eder's recording of "Gold" provided the soundtrack as Kristi Yamaguchi skated to open the 2002 Winter Olympics. Her theatrical credits include the Broadway run of Jekyll & Hyde, and a run at Connecticut's own Norma Terris theater in a musical based on the acclaimed French film Camille Claudel. In more recent ventures, she recorded an album of Judy Garland tributes entitled By Myself, and created the Animal Planet show Trail Mix expressing her love for horses.
