Penny Fuller, Tony Roberts, [title of show] Cast, and More Set for O’Neill Center’s Cabaret Conference

The Eugene O’Neill Theater Center has announced participants for its 2009 Cabaret and Performance Conference, to be held July 29-August 8 on the O’Neill’s campus in Waterford, Connecticut.

The conference provides hands-on artistic guidance and instruction to a select group of international participants chosen by application and audition. It also presents special cabaret theater pieces featuring well known performers.

Featured artists will include Penny Fuller in performance with Tony Roberts; the cast of Broadway’s [title of show] (Hunter Bell, Susan Blackwell, Heidi Blickenstaff, and Jeff Bowen) in a new work-in-progress; Mary Cleere Haran; and Gregg Edelman. In addition, there will be a performance of the songs of Edward Kleban, lyricist of A Chorus Line; a new piece by Paul Scott Goodman; and Secrets of Songwriting, a musical about four very different female songwriters in Nashville, written by Michael Aman and Randi Michaels Block.
