David Kennedy to Direct Donald Margulies’ Dinner with Friends at Westport Country Playhouse

David Kennedy will direct Donald Margulies’ Pulitzer Prize-winning play, Dinner with Friends, at the Westport Country Playhouse, June 1-19.

The play is about two couples who have been close friends for years, and what happens when one couple gets divorced.

Margulies is currently represented on Broadway with his new play Time Stands Still, and has also written Collected Stories, Shipwrecked! An Entertainment — The Amazing Adventures of Louis de Rougemont (As Told by Himself), Brooklyn Boy, and Sight Unseen. Kennedy is Associate Artistic Director at the Playhouse.
