About This Venue
 Twenty-five years ago, eight Chicago artists gathered together to share a dream. Their goal was to establish a theater that featured the work of Chicago artists for the people of our great city. That dream is a reality. It is called Victory Gardens Theater. The original work produced in their complex on Lincoln Avenue fuels the theater community of the world. See it first. See it in Chicago. The upstairs theater is a thrust stage with 198 seats; the downstairs theater is a thrust stage with 195 seats. |
