About This Venue

Chicago Dramatists is a non-profit theater organization founded in 1979. It is dedicated to cultural enrichment through original works. Originally, it was a playwright's collective located in a dance studio. It moved to the Organic Theater center in 1981 and then eventually to its current home. The space seats 75.
