About This Venue

Apple Tree Theatre, founded in 1980 as a production arm of its parent organization, the Eileen Boevers Performing Arts Workshop, is an intimate professional theater located in the City of Highland Park. Apple Tree Theatre gives young directors and new playwrights a forum in which to present works which celebrate the human spirit (NOTE: Apple Tree does not accept unsolicited manuscripts or synopses. Any manuscripts or synopses received will be disregarded). Their main goal is to bring quality professional theater to Chicago's North Shore.
The Mainstage season consists of four shows.
