WHAT IS IT ABOUT?
What does Peer Gynt have in common with Nora? What does Hedvig have in common with Hedda Gabler? What is tragedy without exposition? How does Realism intersect with Neo-Futurism? These and many other questions are explored in The Last Two Minutes of the Complete Works of Henrik Ibsen, a crazed attempt at combining all 26 of the master's plays.
The six-person ensemble includes Neo-Futurists Dina Connolly and Joe Dempsey, and collaborators Emily Albright, Merrie Greenfield, Michael Kingston, and Steve Walker. These illustrious theater veterans have been seen all over Chicago, from the Goodman to the Hypocrites, Steppenwolf to WNEP, Lookingglass to the Factory Theater.
