WHAT IS IT ABOUT?
From his humble beginnings in Lubbock, Texas to his meteoric rise to the top of the charts with "That'll Be The Day" and "Peggy Sue," and finally his tragic death on February 3, 1959, the life of rock 'n' roller Buddy Holly is the stuff of legends. Coming off the heels of what would have been Holly's 70th birthday and the 20th anniversary of his induction into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, Buddy: The Buddy Holly Story brings one of rock music's most enduring figures to life.
