Casting and creative team information has been announced for the Remy Bumppo Theatre Company production of The Marriage of Figaro, set to run at the Greehouse Theater Center with Jonathan Berry at the helm.

At the dawn of the French Revolution, when the ruling class made extravagant displays of their wealth and power, Pierre-Augustin Caron de Beaumarchais wrote The Marriage of Figaro, one of France's most controversial plays about lower classes striving for freedom and women breaking from traditional roles. The cast will feature Greg Matthew Anderson, Kate Cares, Laura Coover, Joe Dempsey, Laura Escobar, Mary Beth Fisher, Lucy Gillespie, Joel Huff, Kate McGroarty, Jason Nykiel, Will Schutz, Nick Sandys, Adam Verner, and Kevin Viol. The creative team will include Heather Gilbert (lighting design), Joshua Horvath (sound design), Alison Siple (costume design), and Marcus Stephens (scenic design).
