The full cast and creative team have been announced for the Marriott Theatre production of All Shook Up, September 24-December 7, a modern Rock 'n Roll version of Shakespeare's romantic comedy Twelfth Night directed and choreographed by Marc Robin.
With 24 Elvis Presley favorites including "Jailhouse Rock," "Blue Suede Shoes," "Don't Be Cruel," "Love Me Tender," "Heartbreak Hotel", "A Little Less Conversation," and "Hound Dog," Joe DiPietro's musical takes Shakespeare's romantic comedy to a conservative Midwestern town in the summer of 1955.
The cast will star Tyler Hanes as Chad, and feature Melody Betts as Sylvia, Don Forston as Sheriff Earl, Chasten Harmon as Lorraine, Ross Lehman as Jim, Dennis Moench as Dennis, Matt Raftery as Dean Hyde, Paula Scrofano as Mayor Matilda Hyde, and Christine Sherrill as Miss Sandra. The ensemble will include Angela Brydon, Nicky Cooper, Nina Fluke, Brandon Koller, Ericka Mac, David Morrison, Ano Okera, Max Quinlan, Jay Reynolds Jr., Jason Shuffler, Cessalee Smith-Stoval, and Jody Cole Wood.
The creative team will include Cecil Averett (sound design), Nancy Missimi (costume design), Ryan Nelson (musical direction), Tom Ryan (set design), and Diane Ferry Williams (lighting design).
