Mark Jeffery and Judd Morrissey's The Labors is one of fifteen performances in a Four-Month Series of Artist and Audience Activations that serves as a companion to the exhibition Without You I'm Nothing: Art and Its Audience, which features works from the MCA Collection that encourage audience engagement. Based on interviews with visitors about labor, Jeffry and Morrissey create a movement sequence for 10 performers. The sequence also is inspired by stars and planets that were mapped from sky above the museum.
