WHAT IS IT ABOUT?
A Japanese typist, suspected in the disappearance of his wife, confesses he is actually a Pittsburgh, PA car salesmen living inside the typist's body. Illicit affairs, murder on the English countryside, phantom plane crashes, a body swapping tourist trade, and a hooker with a pilot's license all contribute to a surreal mash up of mystery, horror and high comedy.
Susan Padveen directs the world premiere of Darren Callahanat The White Airplane at Polarity's new space in the Josephinum Academy.

RE:Flight is on time!
I saw The White Airplane on opening night and thought it was great. From the flight attendants taking tickets at the door to the bags of peanuts and towels handed out to the first row of the audience where I sat.
The play itself is reminiscent of a Magna/Anime style story, so go with an open mind to plot twists and reoccurring themes if not reoccurring characters between storylines. I highly recommend the play to anyone looking to try something new or see an up and coming theater group.
The cast and crew make great use of a small stage and keep the audience engaged in the character?s struggles to understand the effects of The White Airplane in their lives. As both a ?passenger? on the plane and an audience member, you?re in for quite the ride!
