Ed Flynn: lin?guist?[ling-gwist] ?noun 1. a specialist in linguistics. 2. a person who is skilled in several languages; polyglot. Origin: 1580?90; Latin lingu a tongue, speech + -ist Ed is outstanding. His command of the language, insight and portrayal of a linguist was perfection. Brendon DeMay; I cannot imagine any one else playing the son of an emotionally damaged dramatic actress and a narcissistic poet with such insight and seriousness. Although Ed & Aemilia deserve every kudo they receive; Brendon provided stability and credibility and played an amazing only child of two high energy artistic parents. Being the "responsible" child he became the parent. He challenged his characters shortcomings and succeeded. Aemilia: You are the true poet. You may have thought you lost your identity but you did not. I was left breathless by the acting and your interpretation of Sofonisba.
I am really looking forward to seeing this play!
