Throwing convention to the wind and jumping head first into the creative Process, seven theatre companies are joining forces to create an evening of engaging, spontaneous and raw work. The Seven - 2007 gives each of the 7 participating companies only 24 hours to complete the entire process of putting up a play, from creation to performance. Rather than create an evening of technical spectacle, the companies are instead given only a limited amount of technical support, thereby keeping focus on character, dialogue and theme. This process creates 70 minutes of unabashedly raw premieres, guaranteed to wow audiences and delight all those involved.
