Fresh out of the Prop's New Plays 2007 Festival, Jeff Whipple's Spokesperson is a strange, provocative, hilarious look at the nature of truth in these times of perilous spin. As a spokesperson for a corporate polluter, Candy Lennox's mind slowly unravels as she's confronted by love, dead fish and surreal manifestations of her own lies.
