To celebrate Chicago's hosting of Gay Games VII, Live Bait presents Some Like It Homo, three unique visions of queer life in the USA: Golden Corral, written & performed by Joe Steiff, directed by Brigid Murphy Filmmaker Joe Steiff's critically-acclaimed solo debut returns to Live Bait for four performances only. A poignant mosaic of grandmothers, government cheese, firearms, and growing up gay in rural Appalachia. Other Funny Stories About Cancer takes a deliriously comic look at queer identities, virginity, mortality, and "happy endings" for everyone.
