WHAT IS IT ABOUT?
As the Civil War rages on, a determined group of Confederate soldiers secretly begin to work on a new invention - a crude submarine - which they believe is their last hope for survival against the approaching Union forces. Inspired by actual events, Raising Blue captures the brutal realities of life during the Civil War, and tells a gripping story of love and courage in one of the most fascinating chapters of our history.
