WHAT IS IT ABOUT?
Van Cliburn Silver Medalist Yeol eum Son joins the New Philharmonic to perform one of the most famous piano concertos of the Romantic period, "Schumann's Piano Concerto op. 54 in A minor," Friday, March 2 and Saturday, March 3 at 8 p.m. at the McAninch Arts Center at College of DuPage, 425 Fawell Blvd., Glen Ellyn, Ill. "Tchaikovsky's Symphony no. 4 op. 36 in F minor" rounds out the program.
