My Thing of Love is a darkly comic and insightful drama about infidelity and its effect on a family. The story follows the personal journeys of a suburban husband, wife and mistress as each fight to hold on to what they most cherish while struggling to accept what they may have lost. Originally produced by Steppenwolf Theatre in 1992 to glowing reviews and a Joseph Jefferson Award before moving to Broadway, My Thing of Love is as bitingly funny as it is deeply touching.
