Experience the Evolution... Stage Left audiences join the ensemble and guest artists in developing new sociopolitical works during this three week festival. Workshop performances are presented in rotation, and every performance features a discussion with the playwright and director where audiences provide feedback for further development. The first annual festival achieved over 70% paid attendance, and three of the six featured plays are already moving on to full productions in Chicago this coming season.
