WHAT IS IT ABOUT?
Exigent Theatre Company starts off their 2000-2001 season with the revolutionary Lady in the Dark, with book by Moss Hart, music by Kurt Weill, and lyrics by Ira Gershwin. The show details the emotional struggles of Liza Elliott, the editor of a top fashion magazine in the 1940's, as she copes with her womanhood, her livelihood, and her relationships while the world around her prepares for war.
