Buckle: A One-Woman Emotional Car Wreck is a pile-up of out of control characters speeding along the highway of bad judgment. Duffy and savvy director Scott Goldstein delve in to their interwoven lives, each one broken in their own way and struggling to rectify loss of relationships, youth, loved ones, or aspirations for the future. In this world, empty nest syndrome is paralyzing, precocious pre-teens crush the hopes for post-divorce dating, cops lose their power, and the asparagus never gets steamed.
