Annual Director's Fest is three installments. Each evening hosts three separate 20-45 minute works, ranging from classical to the experimental, with many new works. Feb 3-19, 2003 is "Chicago Plays," which is new and classic works from Chicago authors. April 7-23, 2003 is "Adaptations/Translations," which is works translated from or into another language, or adapted from another medium. June 23-July 9, 2003 is "Queer Briefs," featuring GLBT works, including the winner of the First Annual GLBT College/University Play Contest.
