Collaboraction presents the 2nd Annual Fashion Mash, showcasing Chicago talent in all forms of artistic creativity. Local designers, bands, DJs and artists will come together for an evening of style, visual arts and performance, beginning at 8 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 8. This "mash-up" of fashion, art, music and theater will feature visual art, entertainment and a full runway show, with admission starting at only $10. Performance line-up includes DJ Shelly Ruin, DJ TOPKEY, DJ Tanner and Uncle Jesse, Notebook Noise, Isis Rose and the Blah Blah Blahs. The fashion show will begin at 10:30 p.m. with a massive catwalk that will run through Collaboraction's new Room 300 space, down the halls of the Flat Iron Arts Building and into Collaboraction's theater for a final turn on the "Be a Good Little Widow" stage.
