WS “Fluke” Holland will join the cast of Million Dollar Quartet at Chicago’s Apollo Theater, during the show’s encore on December 15. In addition, he will take part in a post-show Q&A with theatergoers following the performance.

Holland was present at Sun Studios on December 4, 1956 to record “Matchbox” with Carl Perkins and Jerry Lee Lewis when Johnny Cash and Elvis arrived. He went on to become Cash’s drummer.

Million Dollar Quartet was inspired by the recording session that brought together four of the most legendary figures in the history of rock ‘n’ roll — Cash, Lewis, Perkins, and Elvis Presley — along with Sam Phillips, founder of Sun Records.
