Colin Firth, Natalie Portman, Aaron Sorkin, et al. Win Chicago Film Critics Association Awards

The winners of the Chicago Film Critics Association (CFCA) awards have been announced.

The Social Network has been named Best Picture. In addition David Fincher has earned the organization’s Best Director honor and Aaron Sorkin has been recognized with the Best Adapted Screenplay award. The movie and director’s win coincides with previously announced honors from such groups as th Los Angeles Film Critics Association, the Boston Society of Film Critics, and the New York Film Critics Circle, among others.

Other winners from the CFCA are Colin Firth, who’s been named Best Actor for The King’s Speech, Natalie Portman, named Best Actress for The Black Swan, and Jennifer Lawrence who has been named Most Promising Performer.
