Sara Sheperd and Paul Anthony Stewart to Star in Funny Girl at Drury Lane Oakbrook

Sara Sheperd will be Fanny Brice and Emmy nominee Paul Anthony Stewart will be Nick Arnstein in the Drury Lane Oakbrook‘s production of Funny Girl, running December 31 – March 7. Gary Griffin and William Osetek will co-direct.

The musical, with a book by Isobel Lennart and a score by Jule Styne and Bob Merrill, will also feature Catherine Smitko (Mrs. Brice), Marc Grapey (Florenz Ziegfeld), Jameson Cooper (Eddie Ryan), Iris Lieberman (Mrs. Strakosh), Tammy Mader (Emma), Mary Mulligan (Mrs. O’Malley), Holly Stauder (Mrs. Meeker), along with Michael Accardo, Anne Acker, Adrian Aguilar, Gary Carlson, Dan Collins, Jarret Ditch, Ariane Dolan, Patrick Gagnon, Kent Haina, Nicole Hren, Katie Patton, Megan Simmons, Joey Stone, Erin Thompson, and Zach Zube.

The creative team will include Matt Raftery (choreography), Ben Johnson (musical direction), Jack Magaw (scenic design), Elizabeth Flauto (costume design), Jesse Klug (lighting design), and Ray Nardelli (sound design).
