Cast Set for The One About the Green Detective Remount

Casting has been set for The Plagiarists’ remount of The One About the Green Detective, set to run at the Black Rock Pub, January 12-February 16. Originally presented in July this year, Kaitlin Byrd will take the helm for this upcoming production.

Based on Jonathan Lethem’s short story, Gregory Peters’ postmodern neo-noir follows Detective Oscar Fife through mystery, parody, and meditation on the nature of humor. The cast will feature John Blick, James Dunn, Marcus Kamie, Brian Lucas, Layne Manzer, Andrew Marchetti, and Lindsay Verstegen.

The play features original music and live accompaniment by The Every People Jazz Workshop.
