Full Cast, Creative Team Set for The Magic Ofrenda at Theatre Building Chicago

Full cast and creative team information have been announced for the Theatre Building Chicago (TBC) production of The Magic Ofrenda, to run October 22-November 6, with Ricardo Guiterrez at the helm.

Part of TBC’s New Musicals for Kids series, this Christina Biggs-Mike Descoteaux musical tells the story of Anjelita and her trip to Mexico to visit her Grandpa Juan for, “el Dia de los Muertos,” a holiday celebrating loved ones no longer with us. The cast will feature Christopher Audain, Sal Valez Jr., Christina Nieves, Isabel Quintero, and Christian Vernon.

The creative team will include Anthony Apodaca (choreography), Jeff Bouthiette (musical director), Andrea Davies (costumes), and Julie Eberhart (set design).
