Factory Theater Announces 2009 Season

The Factory Theater has announced the line up for its upcoming 2009 season, which will include three productions.

The season will open with the Mop Top Festival, March 13-20, Scott Oken’s celebration of The Beatles. Manny Tamayo’s Dead Wrong will run with Tamayo at the helm, June 19-26, a mystery Detective Mac and Chooch try to decipher in the streets of Chicago.

In the fall, Factory Theater will present Chas Vrba’s Orwellian take on Chicago Sports, 1985, November 6-13, to be directed by Eric Roach. The fall will also see a production of Hunky Dory, written by Joe Gehr and directed by Josh Graves, which is set to open November 20.
