Cory Grant to Star in Chicago Jersey Boys

Cory Grant will take over the role of Frankie Valli in the Chicago production of Jersey Boys, at the Bank of America Theatre, on September 27.

The Tony Award-winning musical about the pop group The Four Seasons also stars Drew Gehling as Bob Gaudio, Michael Ingersoll as Nick Massi, Bryan McElroy as Tommy DeVito and Jarrod Spector as Frankie Valli. It is directed by two-time Tony Award-winner Des McAnuff; and it is written by Academy Award-winner Marshall Brickman and Rick Elice, with music by Bob Gaudio, lyrics by Bob Crewe, and choreography by Sergio Trujillo.

Grant, a Chicago native, appeared in the show’s Broadway production. His other stage credits include Broken Hands, The Lightning Field, Romeo & Juliet, Floyd Collins, and My Fair Lady.
