Bailiwick Chicago, Buzz22 Chicago, Theatre Seven of Chicago Set for Steppenwolf’s 2013 Garage Rep Season
Steppenwolf Theatre Company’s Garage Rep, to run February 14-April 21 in The Steppenwolf Garage, will feature works by Bailiwick Chicago, Buzz22 Chicago, and Theatre Seven of Chicago.
Bailiwick will present Michael John LaChiusa’s See What I Wanna See, a 1950s murder noir with a musical score incorporating jazz, pop, classical, and Asian influences, directed by Lili-Anne Brown.
Buzz22 Chicago will stage She Kills Monsters by Qui Nguyen, a story about Agnes, whose life is turned upside down following the death of her geeky teenage sister Tilly, to be directed by Scott Weinstein.
Theatre Seven of Chicago will offer Christina Anderson’s BlackTop Sky which examines the intersection of love, violence, and seduction, to be directed by Cassy Sanders.
