Gurira's play, set in 2003, explores consequences and fallout of Liberia's civil war for the "wives" of a rebel commanding officer from a community in a hostile war zone and will be directed by Hallie Gordon. The company will include Alana Arenas, Paige Collins, Tamberla Perry, Leslie Ann Sheppard, and Penelope Walker.

As previously announced, the Northlight season will open with Paul Gordon's Daddy Long Legs (September 16 - October 24). John Caird will direct the production, which will star Megan McGinnis and Robert Adelman Hancock.
