The Big Knife, A Soldier’s Play Set for Raven Theatre’s 2012-2013 Season

Raven Theatre has announced its 2012-2013, 30th anniversary season, which is themed “Power Plays.”

The selections will include Clifford Odets’ The Big Knife, directed by Michael Menendian, to run September 11-November 11 at the Raven’s East Theatre; Rebecca Gilman’s Boy Gets Girl directed by Cody Estle at Raven’s West Theatre from January 15-March 2; Menendian’s production of A Soldier’s Play by Charles Fuller at the East Theatre from February 12-March 30; and Estle’s production of Neil Simon’s Brighton Beach Memoirs, from April 30-June 29 at the East Theatre.

Additionally, Raven Theatre’s Evermore Series will present a four-week run of John Weagly’s short plays Tales of the Twinkling Twilight in November, a three-week runoff Sherlock Holmes and the Case of the Christmas Goose in December, the return of George Goetschel and Friends in October, Joe Hall Dance, and others tobe announced.
