Nathan Hosner, Patrice Egleston and More to Star in First Folio Theatre’s Macbeth

Nathan Hosner and Patrice Egleston will star as Macbeth and Lady Macbeth, respectively, in the First Folio Theatre’s production of Macbeth, July 8-August 9, set to be performed outdoors in the Mayslake Peabody Estate as part of the theater’s Shakespeare-Under-the Stars. Nick Sandys will direct.

In Shakespeare’s tragedy, Macbeth encounters three mysterious women who tell him he will become king. Urged on by his wife, he decides to take his destiny in hand by murdering King Duncan as he sleeps, only to find the consequences are more far-reaching than he imagined. The cast will also feature Patrick Clear as King Duncan, Jazmin Corona as Witch #3, Dominic Green as Banquo, Michael Goldberg as Witch #1, Maggie Kettering as Lady Macduff/Witch #2, and E.B. Smith as Macduff; as well as Daniel Bakken, Aaron Graham, James Holbrook, Joel Huff, Jason Kellerman, Amy Malcom, Benno Nelson, Peter Sipla, Josh Sumner, and Nicole Zare.

The creative team will include Judith Lundberg (costume design), Angie Miller (scenic design), Camden Peterson (lighting design), and Miles Polaski (sound design).
