Mary Beth Fisher, Stephen Yoakam, and More Set for Goodman’s Rock ‘N’ Roll

The Goodman has announced casting for its production of Tom Stoppard’s Rock ‘N’ Roll, to run May 2-June 7. Charles Newell will direct.

The play is a sweeping and passionate drama about love, music, and revolution that spans two countries, three generations, and 22 turbulent years.

The cast will include Greg Matthew Anderson (The Piper/Stephen), Kareem Bandealy (Ferdinand), Amy J. Carle (Lenka), Thom Cox (Interrogator/Nigel), Mary Beth Fisher (Eleanor/Esme-Older), Mattie Hawkinson (Esme-Younger/Alice), John Hoogenakker (Milan), Timothy Edward Kane (Jan), Johanna McKenzie Miller (Gillian/Magda/Deirdre), Susie McMonagle (Candida), Mick Weber (Policeman), and Stephen Yoakam (Max).

The creative team will include John Culbert (set), Christopher Akerlind (lighting), Ana Kuzmanic (costumes), and Ray Nardelli and Joshua Horvath (sound).
