Yuri Lane to Perform MeTube at Collaboraction
Yuri Lane will offer his solo show MeTube at Collaboraction, running March 16 – April 8.
In the show, Lane explores his Internet fame, which when his “human beat box” harmonica video posted on YouTube went viral. Lane performed the show in Chicago last November at Victory Gardens as part of the Chicago Humanities Festival.
Lane’s other credits include his solo musical Soundtrack City, which he has performed throughout the country, as well as the hip-hop play Tel Aviv to Ramallah, which he co-wrote with Rachel Havrelock and has toured internationally.
