Rick Bayless’ Cascabel Extends Through April 29 at Lookingglass

Lookingglass Theater has extended its production of Cascabel. Featuring famed chef Rick Bayless, the production, playing at the Water Tower Pumping Station in Chicago, will now play through April 29.
In the show, which Bayless has created with co-directors Tony Hernandez and Heidi Stillman, he will serve the audience a Mexican-influenced dinner with wine pairings as he tries to cook his way into the heart of an unhappy woman.
Bayless is the chef of Frontera Grill and Topolobampo in Chicago, creator of Frontera gourmet foods, and a well-known cookbook author. He appeared on Bravo’s Top Chef Masters.
