In the show, which Bayless has created with co-directors Tony Hernandez and Heidi Stillman, he will serve the audience a Mexican-influenced dinner with wine pairings as he tries to cook his way into the heart of an unhappy woman.
Bayless is the chef of Frontera Grill and Topolobampo in Chicago, creator of Frontera gourmet foods, and a well-known cookbook author. He appeared on Bravo's Top Chef Masters.
